To exercise these rights, please contact our Designated Data Protection Lead in writing (e.g. by email or post). We will respond within one calendar month.

Any suspected or actual data breach will be reported immediately and handled in line with legal requirements and internal procedures. Affected individuals and relevant authorities will be notified as required.
