Intitial  Chat

Contact us by phone or email and make a connection with one of our team.

We’ll take the time to understand your situation and answer any questions about arranging companionship support.

Home Visit

Our home visit is a chance for us to understand your need, personalities and preferences, so we can match you with the right companionship provider. We’ll arrange a convenient time to meet you, and wherever possible, ensure the same familiar face provides regular support.

Building Relationships

Once we've matched you with the right companionship provider, we will arrange a relaxed introduction so you can meet them, ask any questions and begin building a strong relationship.

From there, in the first few weeks, it’s about ensuring both you and your companionship provider feel completely comfortable with one another. The focus is on learning about preferences, routines and building a trusting bond.  We will keep in regular contact with relatives, following a visit, via a WhatsApp group set up for each family, to provide feedback of our time together.

Whether you use our service occasionally, weekly or daily, we aim to provide the same companionship provider whenever possible, ensuring consistency, continuity and peace of mind. To maintain this high standard of support, we will regularly carry out reviews of our service to ensure we are meeting your needs.
